Nickel Sulphamate Solution
Shriji Chemicals® has manufactured Nickel Sulphamate Solution (also written Nickel Sulfamate) since 1982, earning a ~90% market share in India's electroforming industry. Formulated for low internal stress and high ductility using virgin nickel metal, our solution is trusted for hologram shim manufacturing, banknote printing cylinders, security printing, and SIM card tooling.
Cobalt Sulphamate
Our Cobalt Sulphamate (Cobalt Sulfamate) additive enables nickel-cobalt electrodeposition, increasing deposit hardness and improving levelling in Nickel Sulphamate baths. The preferred choice for security printing and precision tooling demanding consistent Vickers hardness in the 200–500 HV range.
Nickel Carbonate
We supply Nickel Carbonate in high-purity grades for electroforming bath make-up and pH correction. It reacts cleanly with Sulfamic Acid to replenish nickel ion concentration without chloride contamination. Ideal for all-sulphamate electroforming systems and laboratory electroforming applications.
