Journey
Three core products that form a complete electroforming bath system, formulated to the highest purity standards and backed by four decades of process knowledge. We also supply a full range of ancillary bath chemicals.
Low internal stress, superior ductility and bright deposits. Our flagship product is made from virgin nickel metal, giving you the highest purity available in the Indian market.
Premium nickel-cobalt electrodeposition for deposits in the 200 to 500 HV Vickers hardness range. It improves levelling and brightness across demanding tooling applications.
High-purity grade for pH correction and nickel ion replenishment without chloride contamination. The clean choice for all-sulphamate and laboratory electroforming systems.
ALL CHEMICALS SUPPLIED WITH FULL SDS DOCUMENTATION AND BATCH TEST REPORTS
Reliable pan-India delivery of ISO 9001:2015 certified electroforming chemicals with full SDS documentation, batch testing and consistent lead times. International export is available.
Expert guidance on bath formulation, low-stress deposit troubleshooting, Cobalt Sulphamate hardness optimisation and Nickel Carbonate pH correction. We are available 24/7 for active clients.
End-to-end commissioning of SIM Making, Rotary and Hard Electroforming Plants, from design and equipment supply through to operator training.
Over 150 electroformers served across aerospace, security printing, holography, currency printing and flexible packaging.
